The product works as designed.... ONCE YOU CAN GET IT TO WORK!!! I followed the directions as written in the VERY minimal directions. My phone appeared to pair, yet I got nothing from the head set. I called the company. They seemed very confused, and wanted me to mail it back to Amazon. Then amazon was to basically send it to them for warranty service... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Out of desperation, my tech side kicked in. I did a hard shut down on my phone. Then, once I turned the phone back on BOOM! everything worked! I am sure i am not the only customer who has experienced this glitch. It seems that the company would hire more knowledgable people in their customer service department.
